After spending $900 on fake puppy, this outfit was supposed to arrange airline flight and deliver the puppy to our doorstep but first they required a $950 refundable insurance payment to be paid by moneygram before they shipped the puppy. They cited a new US government regulation that went into effect. Luckily we called the airlines and there is no regulation. This is how we discovered our puppy was fake as when we called the seller, he insisted he knew nothing about it but required us to pay it. ALL FAKE!!!
