I'm afraid that the $750 you have sent is gone, as will any further money you send them - there is no dog and there is no courier company.

The only way out of this is to cut your losses and stop communicating with them.

Along with my previous post, those people who are supposedly sending me the puppy have told me thy if I don't proceed I will be sent to jail for 6 months and be fined $25,000.

Those are just empty threats to worry you and get you to send yet more money - they are scammers based in Africa (probably Cameroon), so they are in no position to do anything to you when you cut off contact with them.

You have done nothing wrong and the common threat is to threat legal action for pet abandonment. You can not be charged with this if the animal was never in your possession so this is just another attempt to scare you into sending more money.
Everything they told you about this puppy is a lie, the pup does not exist and the shipping company does not exist.
The best thing to do now is to stop all communications with this criminal by ignoring all emails and telephone calls.

The website for the fake shipping company is in the process of being reported for fraud.

I was just invovled in a pet delivery scam. Lady told me that she lived in Utah and would have the puppy delivered and all I would pay would be the delivery fee. I asked her what the delivery service was called and she gave me a webpage URL.. The webpage was unavailable but she insisted on me giving her my information.. Don't fall for this scam. Let everyone know this is a SCAM!!!
