I purchased 2 pomeranian puppies on mar 3, 2014 for $600. At that time I did not notice that I'm getting a trap which was created by the seller and the shipping company. I bought 2 puppies w good prices so I didn't concern whether it is real or not. I sent money to the seller and on next day he said he already sent them to the shipping agencies that those babies can get to new home. He asked me to check the email time to time, to see the fight schedule for my puppies from the pet shipping agency. And it is :

* The seller who picked up my money was ANYAM NJECK CHECK but in the email with the shipping company was Mr. Paige Thomas. 2 very different people. And this guy kept asking me to pay the life insurance for these puppies or they we died because of my abandon. He said he was so worried how his babies going on, they still got stuck at the airport and can't get to the next flight because of lacking life insurance. He said he would transfer money of 500 to me to help me pay ⅓ of insurance, when the money is refunded, I transferred money back to him. I DIDNT NOTICE THAT WHY THIS GUY KNOWS SO CLEAR STEP BY STEP WITH THE SHIPPING COMPANY. AT THE BEGINNING HE SAID HE WILL COVER THE SHIPPING COST SO THE PRICE HE GAVE ME ISTHE CHEAPEST THAT HE CAN AND THIS IS A HOME DELIVERY SO NO NEED TO GO TO PICK THEM AT THE AIRPORT, TOMORROW THE AGENCY WILL SEND THE FLIGHT SCHEDULE DETAIL AND WHEN THE PETS ARE DELIVERED TO MY HOME . And we have to only bare the delivery cost correct? Is it possible to pay you after we received them? Yes, I was dumb enough to pay for a puppy I never received. I payed $850 to a fake site that uses Pet Travel Center as its name, which this is a legitimate site the only difference is they they use [email protected]. Right then and there I should've known it was fake! But I was so in a rush to hurry and pay for my puppy so I could have her the same day, I never did my research. They kept in contact with me through a phone number of 5127148176. As I kept doing more research, I found out Polo Smith is the exact same person contacting me as the other number but his number is 4159526780. I compared my text messages between the two, and realized they spoke exactly the same. After every comment was OK? DO YOU UNDERSTAND? Is there anything I can do? I have contacted penny saver and made the complaint to them about having this scam on their site, I have made a complaint on Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3.gov), and I have also contacted the police, they tell me this is now a Civil Case, but my question is who am I Suing?
