Is there a way to report pet scams that come from other countries like Cameroon? Because there's one scammer who I've come in contact with 3 times on 3 different ads and I've tracked the IP and it all comes from the same location. Thanks.
Unfortunately, there is nothing that the police in your country will be able to do and the police in Cameroon are unlikely to take any action. It is still a good idea to report it to your local police though as it will show what a widespread problem it is.
The IP address will probably lead to an Internet Cafe, so it would be impossible to identify the actual scammer.
