Hello Megan,

I am in receipt to your email; like i said before the apartment is available for short term lease or more. The apartment is fully furnished. I am not the owner; i am the manager who manages the landlord's investments not just properties.

I have sent non-binding lease contract attached, go through it and if you agree to the terms and conditions of the apartment you can go ahead and make deposit to have the apartment reserve for you until you move-in.

To make reservation, you are to make deposit for the first month rental fee ($2,000) plus the security deposit ($1,500) which total $3,500 directly to the landlord's account details below;
