HOLIDAY WORLD INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL LIMITED agency is different from others agencies by using escrow services for transactions made through our services. We request a deposit from the tenant and we forward the payment to owner only after our agent shows the house to the tenant and he agrees to sing the rental contract ( at the tenant convenience ). In most of the cases we forward the payment to the owner only after the check-out of the tenant. In case the transaction is not completed, we give the full refund of funds to the tenant cash in hands, in the same time. So it is safe for tenant and as well for the owner and also an insurance for us that we don't send our agent for nothing to the houses address, since we don't have offices all around the world.
