It is a scam! Don't pay! Via Fernando de Rosa Torino Italy, I just took a look at! There is no Poste Bank agency in that street , it is a residential street. The person who claims lives there either is not italian but sounds to me as romanian (Romania) . Recently, poste italiane are releasing bank accounts to people who not necessary Must have a residence in Italy, they may apply as foreign students and they may open a bank account and close it whenever they want it to close without passing through all the long bank burocracies italian residents are obbligated to pass through!

There is one Bank Poste italiane agency in via Fernando de Rosa 1 but in Carpi, Palermo, Sicily.
