Thanks for your response regarding your interest in having my apartment,The apartment is much available for now.What happened is that,I wanted to sell the apartment but my wife suggested that we should rent it out to a responsible person who will give the best care to it.I am now currently in west Africa with my family where i work as a volunteer with the Missionary here in Africa with my wife, And we have the keys right here with us.And will like to inform you that it was due to my transfer that makes us to leave the apt and also want to give it out for rent to a responsible person that would take very good care of it, As we are not after the money,but i want it to be clean at all time..So for now,We are here in Africa Nigeria in our new home and also with the keys of the apartment, As we are trying to look for an agent that we can give this apartment documents before we left but could not see and we don’t want our apt to be used any how in our absent that is why we took the keys along with us..We are only willing to give the apartment out to a lovely and caring person,so if you know you cannot give the apartment the neatness it deserves please don’t contact me.But if you promise to always take good care of the apartment get back to me on how you could take care of our apt or perhaps experience you have in renting.And i will be looking forward to hear from you...

This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union, MoneyGram, pre-paid credit card or bank transfer with a promise that you can have the keys to a property that does not belong to him.
Sounds safe. It's not!
At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a lawyer,a friend or family member.
In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.
All the details such as names, addresses, pictures etc. that the scammer uses in order to back up his story, are stolen from elsewhere.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam.
