3 STEPS TO VERIFY AS A POTENTIAL RENT

1. The potential tenant will pay 2 month rent + deposit to Airbnb by means of an electronic transfer from bank to bank. The deposit remains with Airbnb until the potential tenant hits the landlord, the apartment checks and makes a decision. 2. Once we have received and secured the deposit from the potential tenant, Airbnb will guarantee the tenant to each landlord or property manager listed at Airbnb.

The landlord concerned in this agreement. Inkmann Kerstin- will receive a letter of guarantee from Airbnb stating that Airbnb has received a deposit (2 month rent + security deposit), which corresponds to the rent determined by him / her regarding the property in the - Erzgießereistrasse 4, 80335 München.
The landlord is advised to take all measures for the conclusion of the tenancy agreement.

3. The potential tenant will meet the landlord and personally inspect the property.
After the potential tenant has checked the property, he has to decide on the execution of the rental agreement. The potential tenant has two options:
He signs the rental contract and Airbnb will immediately transfer the deposit to the bank account of the landlord.
He does not sign the rental contract and Airbnb will immediately refund the deposit (the full amount of more than 1,800.00 € without deduction of any fees) to the bank account to the potential renter (the re-transfer does not take more than 24 hours after receipt of the renter's claim).

DANGER: In either case, Airbnb will not release or postpay the deposit without the tenant's detailed instructions. Only the potential tenant can access the funds.

The deposit must be made by electronic money transfer from bank to bank.
Your deposit will be transferred to one of our available bank accounts. The funds are secured until you inform us of the status of your final decision regarding the rental process.

How is verification verified?
Send the deposit using the above bank connection of Airbnb;
Confirm the deposit by sending an e-mail to the owner at [email protected] with the following information:
Name and address of the transmitter of the transfer;
Exactly overwritten amount
Copy of the transfer document

To reject or cancel the test procedure, please send an e-mail with the subject "Cancellation #ABIC9174" [email protected].
As soon as our bank confirms the transfer, we inform the landlord that you are a verified tenant and the rental agreement can be concluded.
