Hello,

First of all , i have to apologize for answer you in English but my Chinese is not very good . I hope you can understand English to communicate . The apartment is still available for rent, fully furnished with equipped kitchen and everything a house needs.

My name is Ronald Doman and i'm the owner of this house . I am a American, living now in Paris, France for my health treatment. I am 63 years old I just retired after working for 17 years with New City Realty Consulting LLC . I was heading the Commodity Finance Department as a senior manager and professional broker.
I bought this apartment for my daughter (aged 26) , during her studies in Taipei, but now she's back home permanently (graduation), so I'm renting the house.

Unfortunately, my health doesn’t allow me to do any travel for the next few months, so I will not be able to come and meet you personally for a while.I can make the viewing arrangements from France (on my expense of course) so you can be able to inspect my apartment ( through a rental agency).

I'm looking for a responsible person or a family to occupy and maintain the house since my daughter don't live in Taiwan anymore. In fewer words, a TRUSTWORTHY person.
About the price : The rent price is 19.000 $NT per month including water,internet/TV Cable, management fees and 1 parking space. Also, a security deposit (bond) of 19.000 $NT is required and it will be refunded at the end of the contract (a 30 day notice is required).

If you have other questions about my house , just ask me.
Merci . Ron ;)

This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union, MoneyGram, pre-paid credit card or bank transfer with a promise that you can have the keys to a property that does not belong to him.

Sounds safe. It's not!

At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a lawyer,a friend or family member.

In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.

All the details such as names, addresses, pictures etc. that the scammer uses in order to back up his story, are stolen from elsewhere.

If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.

Please contacta moferatorstor if you have a question or information about this post.

Please do not tell the scammer he is posted here.
