The apartment is fully furnished, but if you want, you can rent it unfurnished. Pets are allowed.
As I told you in my first email, I am with my job in Spain..

Before leaving Germany, I had prearranged the deal with Trivago so my presence isn’t necessary. The keys and all needed papers are in their possession, ready for delivery.

Trivago will start the delivery for the keys and the contract to you, but first you must deposit the value of 1 rental month (€400) plus + (kaution)security deposit €1000, total is (€1400) in their bank account. After the first month you will pay directly to me in my bank account.

You will have 3 days to inspect the apartment before renting it.
If you decide not to rent the apartment, Trivago will refund your money back in the same day but I’m sure that you will love it because it is like in the photos.
If you like the apartment, Trivago will send me the money only after you move in.

I will need a copy of your id, your details (full name, current address, phone number) + the date when you want to move.
I will initiate this rental through Trivago and they will send you a proforma invoice, bank details and all information.

Thank you and best regards
Antonia
