Hallo,

Hello ,
First of all , I want to tell you that if you are ready to proceed with this transaction I will need to inform you the steps about how this service works
You will have 2 days to inspect the apartment before your final decision to rent . I will pay the shipping costs.
This is how they work :
1) I will make the delivery papers at Above All Homes .

2) After I will make the papers for delivery they will require for your payment confirmation of the first month and the guarantee deposit(530 EUR + 1500 EUR= 2030 EUR) to the company .Above All Homes will send you a delivery notification to let you know they have the Keys and the papers in their custody .
Also Above All Homes will give you further instructions about the money deposit .

3) After the payment is confirmed the delivery process will start and when you will receive the keys, you will have 2 days inspection period before your final decision to rent .

4) If all is in order, you will instruct Above All Homes to give me the money. Further rents will be sent directly to my bank account.

5) If you refuse to rent the apt , Above All Homes will give you a full refund (2030 EUR) and you will give them back the keys and the contract.

If you are interested to rent the apartment please tell me , so i can make the deal
.

This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union, MoneyGram, pre-paid credit card or bank transfer with a promise that you can have the keys to a property that does not belong to him.

Sounds safe. It's not!

At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a lawyer,a friend or family member.

In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.

All the details such as names, addresses, pictures etc. that the scammer uses in order to back up his story, are stolen from elsewhere.

If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
