SOUTH KENSINGTON:- Two Bedroom Apartments

Rent Rates: £560/Week, £80/Night
Roland Gardens, South Kensington, London, SW7 4RU.

-The rent rate includes all utilities (water, electricity, gas etc), VAT and all taxes/surcharges.

-This is a fully equipped kitchen, en-suite bathroom and well furnished apartment.

-We supply all linens, and there is a free parking space and high speed wireless Internet/Wifi facility for your convenience.

-Kindly know that due to large number of booking inquires we receive everyday we can not guarantee any reservation without payment deposit received.

COST OF BOOKING/SECURITY DEPOSIT
The Rent Cost for the 4 weeks is 2,240-GBP.
The Security Deposit is 300-GBP. (Refundable on your departure date)
The Total Cost of Booking is 2,540-GBP.
Payment Terms:

We require a booking deposit of (60% of the rent cost, plus the 300-GBP security deposit) to confirm any booking/reservation and we also give away 15% Discount on every full payment deposit during reservation.

* Part Payment: 60% Rent + Deposit = (1,350 + 300) = 1,650-GBP.
* Full Payment: New Rent Cost + Deposit = (1,900 + 300) = 2,200-GBP. (15% discount inclusive)

Any reservation is subjected to availability. Please note that your reservation is ONLY confirmed upon receipt of payment deposit in accordance with our terms and conditions.
You are hereby advice to fasten up your booking process.

Airport Transfer Services: £25/Guest
2 Guests = £50.



Payment Method:

-We accept Bank Transfer for all payment within UK. The payment can be transfer via online banking or cash deposit at a bank branch.

-We accept any of the following payment methods for all international payment;

(Swift Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit Cards and Moneygram Transfer)

We strongly recommend the use of moneygram-money transfer payment method for all international guests, because the bank transfer from abroad takes up to 5-7 working days before it's get to us. We also recommend Credit/Debit Cards Payment via Worldremit.com platform to all international guests.
