Was almost in the final stage of making a purchase on a last minute rental in "New York", turns out the photos he was using was the other side of America, actually a luxury hotel over $600 a night.

- The apartment is close to Public Transportation, Also you'll have a parking space available for you if you're coming with a car. - My apartment is on second floor. Easy to access, not noisy at all.

- The Apartment Complex is located in a great neighborhood and it a walking distance to metro stop

- Rent is $50/Night and a security deposit of $200 (refundable immediately after the vacation term) which will be paid to the landlord.
