Here is another scammer in Geneva. He goes by "Nick de Haas" and wants a deposit before sending the keys because he's "in England."
First email:
"Hello,
The apartment is equipped with modern facilities, furniture, wireless
internet connection, heater, microwaves, laundry, closet, water
dispenser, T.V set, lamp, desk, land phone, stove, cooker, plate and
interior decoration.................. the price of a room is 600chf
per month with a refundable security deposit of 500chf while the whole
two bedroom is 1200chf with a refundable security deposit of 800chf
The apartment is located at RUE DES MARAÎCHERS, 4 1205 Geneva Switzerland, the
apartment is located at the 2nd floor of the building.
.....QUESTIONS
....when do you want to start renting?
....what is your profession?
....are you coming to leave in the apartment alone?
....do you want to rent the whole two bedroom apartment?
....when exactly you want to move in?
.....where exactly you are coming from in or out side the state?

Second email when I ask about seeing the apartment:
"you can move in asap and renting the whole apartment is okay, it is
just that i have left the country already i recently relocated here in
the England few days ago that is why i am renting out my apartment, i
can only send the flat's pictures for you to decide. can you send me
your email address here so i can forward the flat's pictures to you"
Third email when I say I'll see pictures (though definitely already seeing this is a scam), with attached photos:
"here is the flat's pictures......., in order to rent the place so i
can post the flat's keys to you and you can receive it at your
doorstep the next day, you and i will have to sign a rental agreement
which i will email to you from my email to your email so that you can
print it out and sign it and also scan it back to my email.....so
after then you can now send the rent and deposit to me and after the
payment has been confirmed i will post the keys to your address and
you will have it the next day after i post it...so i will need the
details below to get the contract done ....
Your Name in full...........
Your Date of birth.............
Your Move in and out date....
Your phone number as the DHL will need it for the delivery of the keys.
Your passport ID number.....
Your Address to post the keys once the contract and the payment is done...
I wait for your details for the contract soon"
