Hello,

Thanks for your interest and inquiries about my house. The house is still available for rent and I am looking for a responsible person/family to occupy and maintain the house. Presently, me and my family have moved out of the house due to my work transfer to WEST VIRGINIA. We will be away for 6years or more. And that is why I made up my mind to put the house up for rent to whoever is willing to take good care of it in our long absence. If you are interested, below is the information of the rental of the house;

DETAILS OF THE HOUSE
Number of Bedrooms: 2
Number of Bathrooms: 1
Rental Price: $700 Monthly Rent and Security Deposit is $500 (Security Deposit is fully refundable)
Address:47 Tupper Ave,Sandwich, MA 02563
Utilities are included in monthly rent (I take care of that). Well trained Pets are welcome.

NOTE: If you find the house listed on another site. Don't be bothered by that as it was listed by the former real estate agents I was dealing with. But I took the rental process off them when I found out the agents increased the rental price without my knowledge thereby violating our agreement and delaying leasing out the house. And I did not want the house to stay longer unoccupied and unkempt. So I recovered my keys and paperwork from them to rent it out at my preferred price.

IF YOU REALLY ARE INTERESTED, I WANT YOU TO FILL THE RENTAL APPLICATION FORM BELOW FOR ME CONFIRM YOUR INTEREST (RENT QUESTIONNAIRE)

Below are some questions I need you to answer so we can discuss further. You can only drive by the property for now to check the outside and the neighborhood, it is available for a long lease. This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union, MoneyGram, pre-paid credit card or bank transfer with a promise that you can have the keys to a property that does not belong to him.

Sounds safe. It's not!

At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a lawyer,a friend or family member.

In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.

All the details such as names, addresses, pictures etc. that the scammer uses in order to back up his story, are stolen from elsewhere.

If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
