Hello,

Thanks for the reply
I'm Antony Brown, I'm an architect of United Kingdom (UK), I worked in Chile for the past 5 years, and this department, I bought while I was working there in Chile, now I think it would be a better investment for rent. I am the sole owner of the house, I was paid in full, and has no legal problems.
The department is not inhabited, because now I came back home in the United Kingdom (UK), Liverpool. I would rent my apartment, some nice and responsible people, and in order to do that, I need to know some details about yourself, like how many people are planning to live in the apartment, for how long, and if you have an income stable, etc. I must tell you from the beginning, I do not have a problem if you are a student, I am very fond of mascots and am willing to accept in the department. You should also know that I appreciate sincerity. In addition to everything else, here is a little about the department and me, so we can get to know.
The department is the photo advertising. All furniture and electronics images are in the department.
The rent for 1 month is 269,000 pesos (for the entire department, monthly income), including all utilities (water, electricity, Internet, cable). You can rent the apartment for a period of time (open-ended contract), but not less than 6 months. About myself, I have 39 years and as I said I'm an architect, who currently lives United Kingdom (UK), Liverpool. You can move in the department, on the same day, when you receive the keys.
The only problem is that I am in the United Unito (UK), but I hope that together, we will find a solution.
I appreciate your interest in my property, and I am looking forward to future collaboration and friendship.

Sincerely,
Antony Brown

Hello again,
First, I mean, if you are ready to proceed with this transaction, I need to inform you of the steps on how this service works:

!! Read carefully !!

You will have 2 days to inspect the apartment before the final decision to rent.
I pay the postage.

https://es.airbnb.com (you do not need user Airbnb done, so you can not charge for their commission of 25%) if you have any questions do not hesitate to contact them, email it is: [email protected]

Here's how they work:

1) I'll make the supporting roles, on Airbnb. After that, you send a copy of the delivery contract, and a copy of the lease.
2) Then I'll make the papers required for the delivery confirmation for your first month payment and deposit (269,000 pesos pesos + 269,000 = 538,000 pesos) to the company. Airbnb, will send a delivery notification to let you know you have the keys and papers in his custody.
Airbnb also will give instructions on the deposit.
3) Once you confirm the payment, the delivery process will start, and when you receive the keys, you will have 2 days inspection period, before the final decision to rent.
4) If everything is in order, you are prompted to Airbnb to give me the money. Other income will be sent directly to my bank account.
5) If you refuse to rent the apartment, Airbnb will give full refund of your money (538,000 pesos), and you will give you the keys and the contract back.

If you are interested in renting the apartment, please send me your information, so you can start the operation:

Name: ..................
Address: ...............
City: .....................
Postal Code: ...............
Country: ...................
Phone number: ...............
Email: ...............

Thank you,
Antony

This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union, MoneyGram, pre-paid credit card or bank transfer with a promise that you can have the keys to a property that does not belong to him.

Sounds safe. It's not!

At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a lawyer,a friend or family member.

In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.

All the details such as names, addresses, pictures etc. that the scammer uses in order to back up his story, are stolen from elsewhere.

If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
