Après votre disponibilité la visite aura lieu ce Jeudi à parti de 18.00 Heures .Lors de la visite et signature du contrat vous devez être en possession :

-Du dépôt d’un mois de loyer + 1 Mois de caution

Par rapport au paiement de la caution et du loyer ça se fera bien sur après la visite c'est-à-dire à la signature du bail et la remise des clés, car vous ne pourrez pas payer sans savoir si l'appartement vous conviendrait. Donc le paiement se fera à la signature du bail (Après votre accord suite à la visite de l’appartement) certes mais par un reçu de Transfert Money Gram

-Si je dis ça c'est parce que j'ai pris rendez-vous avez des intéressés malhonnêtes qui m'ont fait déplacer pour rien et d'autres n'avaient pas d'argent ou carrément d'autres ne venaient pas au rendez-vous.
