Luckily the apartment is still available for the specified dates. The nightly rate is 350$, a 500$ security deposit is also required which is fully refundable on the check out date. If you would like to start the booking arrangements I would need the following info from your side:

- Arrival Date:
- Departure Date:
- No of Adults:
- No Children:
- First name:
- Last name:
- Street Address:
- City:
- Zip Code (Post Code) :
- Country:
- Phone Number:
- A copy of government issued ID:
- Special Requests on arrival:

Like any other transactions on Airbnb, they will handle payment and it will be released to me only after you check in. If everything is ok, please provide the requested information so I can initiate the booking on Airbnb. Awaiting your reply.

Thank you

I've not been using AirBnB for long, and in fact this would be my first booking myself, but I came across the same situation as above, I didn't twig straight away that it was a scam.. I emailed them, they replied with the template from the original post.

I asked a few questions, was not sure why they wanted my ID, who this company was who would be handling the request.. And their response just caused my to have more questions..

But I did street view and top view, then I looked at the pictures, and noticed what was outside the windows didn't match the street view..
then I searched pictures on Google Image search and found the potentially original location of the pictures.

and finally, which should of been my first, I googled the email address to find lots of warnings about them :)

NB: I did find it funny originally, before I emailed them I remember seeing it said 'Must like Animals' and I was thinking, that was strange thing to put when your renting the entire flat..
