Money Back Warranty / HomeAway Rental Guarantee

This protection provides up to a maximum of Ten-Thousand Euro (EUR 10,000.00) in aggregate protection to Tenant against amounts actually paid by the Tenant using Online Banking to our certified Trust Account.
After the reception of funds a confirmation e-mail will be forwarded to the owner of the apartment. The funds will not be disbursed to the owner until the final contract is signed by tenant.
If by any reason the tenant doesn't agree with the apartment, he will receive a full money refund from HomeAway trust account. We offer 100% support for package returns. The package (keys and contract) will be returned to the owner of the apartment on his expense. The entire amount sent by the potential tenant will be instantly refunded (including money transfer expenses).
