We were searching for a rental house in Oneonta Ny and came across a Craigslist ad featuring a house for rent for $700 a month ... She emailed me back telling me she was in Texas ... had an accident and in a wheelchair ... She said she could only send me pics of the house as she had the keys in Texas ... She wanted application keys and all ... She wrote me she did not want a real estate agent as they rob you with fees ... I spotted the same house being sold on Zillow.com being sold by a local agent ... The scammers email is [email protected] ... Her name is supposedly Jane Ann and Steven Carlson 682-207-6751
