Hello,

Thanks for your email.. The house is still available. I decided to rent the house because we are going to spend more time here in Houston Texas, about 4 years.. Let me start by introducing myself. I must confess that I am very new in this landlord business..However, My name is David Brasley. I own the house, Due to my job as a Medical Doctor, I works for American Red Cross Lutheran Hospital Donor Center, and now i have been transfer to Houston Texas to work in a branch over here. We spent less time in the States so we could not get a hold on any Realtor to handle this rent issue, although it was when We knew how long we are going to stay in Texas that We decided to rent out the house. Don't be surprised when you get to the home and see a for sale sign in the home, i had the intention of selling the home once but i thought about it again and decided to rent out the home.. The Realtor are trying to take advantage of me, asking for too much and trying to rip me off and it is a very beautiful home and i will always love to call it my home. So i will want you not to bother yourself about any sign you see in the home saying it is for sale.. The utilities are included in the rent, because of this reason and more we need a responsible person that can take very good care of it as we are not after the money , but want it to be clean and for you to take it as if it were yours.

Information about the house below:

The rent is:$825 Security Deposit: $700
3 Bedroom 2 Bathroom
Address: 14 Johnson St, Bedford, NH 03110
Pet are also Welcome.

Please get back to me with the Information requested below I could go through it and let you know if you are capable of renting my house or not.

This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union, MoneyGram, pre-paid credit card or bank transfer with a promise that you can have the keys to a property that does not belong to him.

Sounds safe. It's not!

At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a lawyer,a friend or family member.

In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.

All the details such as names, addresses, pictures etc. that the scammer uses in order to back up his story, are stolen from elsewhere.

If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.

Please contacta moferatorstor if you have a question or information about this post.

Please do not tell the scammer he is posted here.
