“Hey ,

Thank you for your response!
The apartment it`s available for a long-term rent , so you can stay there how long you want . I use Airbnb service only at the beginning , to find a tenant because I am not able to travel to meet with every potential tenant . After you inspect the apartment and decide to rent it , we will make a fix rent contract regarding german law between us . The rent , I want to receive it monthly to my bank account, so I hope it will be no problem for you to wire the money .
I am willing to send you the keys so you can visit it and see it suits your needs. The delivery for the keys and viewing permit (signed by me), will be made with Airbnb to make sure that we can trust each other.
In order to secure your booking you must to confirm the payment to Airbnb .
Regarding payment, this is how they process for the payment:
All you have to do is to send a deposit in a blocked Airbnb account . (Nobody touch your money until when you will arrive in my apartment and also until you confirm that you are satisfied ) This is their policy.
They will release the money to me only after you arrived in my apartment and after to decide to keep it. If you will be not satisfied with the apartment Airbnb will release the funds (in full amount) back to you in the same day.
It's clear and simple. All I want is to both be safe.
In order to make the booking, I need your full name, full address (street, city, postcode and country), phone number ( I need also a copy of your ID or passport to complete the lease agreement) . After I receive your information I will send to Airbnb . Then they'll e-mail you all the information you need to continue the transaction at your end.

Looking forward to hear from you.
Thanks for your time!”
