Sarah writes to you with a really good deal of an apartment. 500€ in which you can decide with a partner if need be. She ask you to send money by Western Union claiming she’ll send the keys immediately. After a day she says her mother is sick and needs the money immediately and also to borrow 200€ from you. She keeps insisting in send the money to Africa instead of the original adress in India. She then threatens you she will never forgive you because her mother will die. That’s when I needed everything and told her I don’t want her apartment and to send the money back. (Thanks god I didn’t pay her everything and I was able to get 250€ back). She then says she can’t send the money from India back to, where I am Germany, because India is a only a country (??).
I will post the e-mails and Whatsapp messages next, I truly believed her but by the end realized it isn’t all a scam.

ideal for rent. the apartment has two bedrooms attached with separate
bathroom and Toilet and a modern kitchen with fit-in appliances, such
as central heating, gas, double glazing, dish washer, washing machine

apartment is situated at the second floor of the building, the entire
flat cost 500Euro per month and a Caution fee of 500Euro, The Caution
fee is refundable when you are moving out of the apartment.. while a
room cost 250Euro per month and a caution fee of 250Euro, which is
also refundable when you are moving out of the apartment . all charges
such as electricity, internet, cost of gas and water. are included in

Thanks for the response, First before we Proceed further i will want
you to know that , You can also rent a room in the flat.. the flat is
still vacant now and you can move into the flat as soon as possible
BUT sorry viewing the flat will not be possible now. the reason why i
am renting the apartment very cheap is because i am not in the country
at the moment , I just relocated here in India few weeks back due to
my new job and that is the reason I am renting out the flat and i
have the flat keys here with me.i left urgently with the hope of
coming back soon but right now the work has taken me to stay long
term under contract agreement, that's why I have made up my mind to
put up my apartment for rent but I can only send you the flat
pictures to see so that you can have an idea of the flat. Thanks and

Here is the lease contract agreement and it is also been signed by me
, print out the contract, read carefully if you are okay with the
contract agreement sign the contract, After which you make the payment
to me here via Western Union and come to me with a scan copy of the
receipt along with the signed copy of the lease contract agreement,
you just go to any Western Union post bank near you and make the
payment in my name and address here in India, When making the
payment, you will be charged for the transfer, but you will tell them
that you are making the payment to your friend here in India so that
the charges will be less, Western Union charges are less when payment
is being made to friend and family, i will really appreciate this
because all charges will be deducted from the nest rent will be
paying, so it will better for me if the charges are less... Here is
