Je tiens aussi à vous dire que vous aurez à donner une garantie d'un mois de caution (qui sera remboursable à la fin du bail ou prise en compte pour le dernier mois de loyer).Pour ce qui est de la visite, je vais me déplacer sur rendez-vous pour vous faire visiter l'appart ( je suis en France uniquement a cause des études de ma fille ) et éventuellement passer à la signature du contrat de bail et la remise des clés . Je suis flexible a la durée du bail, vous pouvez emménager quand vous voudriez de la semaine prochaine ou début Octobre - Novembre.
