a very nice condo is advertised for rent on the 12 th floor of this building at 1/3 the present market value.the person doing the rental claims to be nelida grande,a barcelona plastic surgeon.once again she asks for rental money up front,via FLIPKEY,with the eventual key transfer to be effected via KEYCAFE.i was able to contact the real dr.nelida grande mieza in spain,who informed me that this is indeed a scam. renters,always beware of craigslist listings that seem to good to be true! david m
