Die Wohnung befindet sich im zweiten Stock, die sich in einem Wohngebiet befindet: ( Rüppurrerstraße 24a, 76137 Karlsruhe ).
Die Wohnung wurde im Jahr 2010 gekauft, und ich lebte in Deutschland bis zum letzten Monat, als mein Arbeitsvertrag abgelaufen ist und kehrte zu meinem Haus in Italien zurück.
Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert und enthält alle notwendigen Möbel für den Gebrauch von Haus und Geräten (TV, Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle, Backofen, Kühlschrank und Wi-Fi-Modem).
Haustiere sind erlaubt, aber ich bitte Sie, um sicherzustellen, dass alles immer sauber gehalten wird.
Wegen meiner unerwarteten Rückkehr nach Mailand habe ich keine Zeit gehabt, einen zuverlässigen Mieter zu finden, und die Schlüssel sind für mich übrig.
In dem Moment, in dem ich einen Mieter als gültig finden werde, werde ich nach Deutschland zurückkehren, um die Wohnung zu zeigen und den Mietvertrag zu unterschreiben.
Wir haben eine große Summe für diese Wohnung investiert und wäre Ihnen dankbar, dass Sie es behandeln, als ob es Ihr Zuhause wäre, ich habe nichts dagegen, mit der Miete Geld zu verdienen, aber was mich interessiert, findet einen verantwortlichen Mieter, der sich mit dem Eigentum beschäftigt.
Ich hoffe, ich kann einige persönliche Informationen über dich posten, ich muss auch wissen, wie lange du die Wohnung mieten möchtest.

- I, as the owner, will submit the leasing and ownership documents, which indicate that I am the owner and the documents for the inspection of Airbnb.
- After Airbnb verifies my documents and accepts the contract will communicate with you and you as a future tenant must prove that you have the means to rent.
- as soon as the verification process is successfully completed, I will come to Germany to sign the lease.
If you agree to the procedure I have stated above, you are invited to submit the following information:

- Current address:

- E-mail:
- Contract period:
Please send me a copy of the identity document of the person who wants to rent the apartment and I will send it to Airbnb as soon as possible.
You do not have to be an Airbnb member, you do not have to register.
