When you complete the transfer you are requested to use the option Express Service ( SEPA) so the money can reach our Bank Account in the next 24 hours.
As soon as we get the confirmation that the payment has been received we draw up the necessary documents and we will schedule a visit to the apartment.

*** Once the bank transfer clears and our Airbnb Representative confirms payment, we will start the shipping process. We will hold the funds until you send us your confirmation that you are satisfied with the Apartment.
*NOTE: The Tentant has the right of a fully refund of the deposit in case of any plausible reason, or if the apartment is not as in the description. The money will be refunded by our agents in the same day
