Spend a couple of minutes and read the rows below before ask something, it may contain already an answer to your question!
About location:
Condo is very clean and in a quiet neighborhood, accessible as we speak (please check a few photos attached). You can move right away or on a later date.
The monthly rent will be $1500.00 - utilities included (except electricity) and please note that the rent include parking for two cars.
It includes all furniture but if needed it can be rented unfurnished as well for the same price.
Only well behaved pets are allowed and no more than 2, no additional fees!
Washer/dryer available in the unit.
Rental conditions:
Only after inspection/ viewing, a full length lease will be signed by me and you before your move in date, NO exceptions!
For 12 months lease, the 1st month will be free!
You'll have the option/priority to extend your stay before lease expire.
For this rental to take place perfectly and in legal terms I decided to involve an agent to handle everything. Now the apartment is being managed by an agent and it will handle the whole rental process (I will cover all fees involved in this procedure).
About me:
My name is Randy J. Michael and I'm a software developer on Team and Concepts Limited. I spend most of my time in Seattle and Jersey City, NJ. That's why I decide to rent the apartment.
I own the condo, not subletting or something like that! (billing statement available as proof of ownership if needed)
I am looking for someone to rent the place anywhere from 1 month to 5 years, a responsible person that can take a very good care of my place.
I will not bother you with anything for the entire duration of your stay as long as you pay the rent in time.
Do not bother asking me for a lower price, it will be a waste of time!

This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union, MoneyGram, pre-paid credit card or bank transfer with a promise that you can have the keys to a property that does not belong to him.
Sounds safe. It's not!
At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a lawyer,a friend or family member.
In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.
All the details such as names, addresses, pictures etc. that the scammer uses in order to back up his story, are stolen from elsewhere.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
