As you can see from the photos the apartment is fully renovated and furnished. Very spacious 48m2 distributed in 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen. Permitame explicarte como funciona Airbnb.
- Tengo el piso en linea en Airbnb por una transacción en segundo plano a larga estancia (no hay gastos adicionales).
- Le puedo enviar el enlace para realizar la reserva a traves de la pagina web.
- Para alquilar a largo plazo Airbnb exige un deposito por transferencia bancaria de tres meses (1.500€) para organizar la visita. Si decide alquilar el piso, el deposito se calcula como el primer mes de alquiler y dos meses de fianza que se reembolsara al final del contrato. Si quieres pagar por 6 meses o mas por adelanto le hacemos un descuento.
No es posible visitar el piso antes de confirmar la reserva y el pago a airbnb. Ellos guarda los fondos hasta que inspecciones el apartamento asi ambos estamos completamente protegidos. Puede leer acerca de su política de reembolso aqui https://www.airbnb.es/trust
Podemos empezar el contrato con la period de tiempo adecuado para usted con la posibilidad de renovarlo. Si estas deacuerdo y quieres alquiler el piso te puedo enviar el enlace para hacer la reserva.
Debes poner la fecha de entrada y confirmar la reserva a traves de airbnb. Un vez confirmada la reserva y el pago podemos fijar la cita para mostrarte el piso, hacer el contrato y entregarte las llaves.
Si por algun razon no quieres alquilar el piso puedes cancelar tu reserva y airbnb reembolsara tu dinero completo.
Avisame si tienes el dinero listo para poder hacer la reserva y enviame una copia de su DNI para poder iniciar la transaccion y le envio el enlace.
