Due to my job as an Aircraft Mechanic at Delta Airline - Chicago Midway International Airport, Chicago, IL. I spent less time in Santa Clara, so I could not get a hold on any Realtor to handle this rent issue, although it was when I knew how long we are going to stay in Chicago, IL that I decided to rent out the house. This house would be for long term lease. I just bought a new house here with my family..
However, the initial plan was to sale out the house. Which I tried, but sometimes the agents inflates the price and it takes longer to sell i am telling you this in case if you find the house on another website, that is the old advert. because of this reason and more we need rental agreement with a responsible person that can take very good care of it as we are not after the money , but want it to be clean and for you to take of it as if it were yours. The rent is $1050 Security deposit is $1050 For this 1BR/1.5BAth/. Dishwasher Walk-in Closet Refrigerator Vaulted Ceilings Washer/Dryer Cable etc...

Please make sure this questions are fill correctly because the best way you answer with your comment will impress me the more to accept your applications. A delivery man will be coming with keys and documentation including an Authorization letter and also he would take you on a tour in the house. Once the security deposit is paid, He would arrive in next 1hr at your delivery address. It is an agreement, after touring the house and you decided not to take the place again. He'll refund you back your money immediately.

This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union, MoneyGram or bank transfer with a promise that you can have the keys to a property that does not belong to him.
Sounds safe. It's not!
At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a lawyer,a friend or family member.
In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.
All the details such as names, addresses, pictures etc. that the scammer uses in order to back up his story, are stolen from elsewhere.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
