EXPRESS: Usually bank transfers take up to 3 working days. We can speed up the process and confirm the booking much faster if you send the transfer using the express option from your online banking – the express bank transfer can be completed in maximum 24 hours. If the Express option does not appear in your online banking use the regular option. Transfers made from Online Banking (via website or mobile app) are processed 60% faster.

Once the payment is sent, please email the host a copy of your receipt in order for him to validate your booking with us.

Whether the reservation is two days or two months away, we hold the payment until 24 hours after check-in before releasing the funds. This gives both parties time to do a walk through upon check-in and make sure that everything is as expected.
The host will receive full payment from Airbnb 24 hours after you check in.
Your payment is automatically covered against internet fraud up to €20,000.

When you arrive at your travel destination you have the following two options:
- If the property is as described, the Check In will take place along with signing a short term rental agreement provided by the host (if it is the case). After that the payment will be forwarded to the host.
- If you decide not to Check In, we will return the amount you transferred and the booking will be canceled.


Security Deposit
Airbnb will only charge the security deposit amount if an issue is reported by the host.
