Hello,

My name is Martine and I saw your message regarding your interest in renting my flat.

The apartment is still available, the monthly rent for the whole apartment is 490 EUR per month, utilities included (TV/Internet, electricity, water, parking place for one car).

I worked in Belgium for a Multifunctional Center for Social Services. Now I have been promoted to a better position in United Kingdom and I decided to rent the apartment for the time that I will have to work here. Now I'm out of Belgium and if you want to rent my flat, I will hire a real estate agency to do the rental transaction. I want to tell you that I am looking for a serious, responsible and clean person to rent the apartment that will take care of the apartment as it were its own. So I would like to know more details about yourself: How old are you, if you are married, if you have a pet, occupation etc.

I wait your email if you're still interested, I can also send you more photos with the apartment.

Sincerely,
Laecke Martine

In order to complete the renting procedure this is what must be done:

Step 1: I send your personal information to HomeAway and they will contact you with the pre-contract in which are mentioned the RENTING and PAYMENT DETAILS.
Step 2: You must make the payment in the agency bank account mentioned in the contract IN ORDER FOR THEM TO VERIFY THAT YOU ARE A REAL CLIENT.
Step 3: After you make the payment, you must send the receipt to them for CONFIRMATION.
Step 4: After the payment is confirmed, YOU WILL VISIT THE APARTMENT WITH ONE OF THEIR AGENTS.
Step 5: After the visit is performed, you can move in immediately and the agent will give you the keys, or you can cancel the deal and HomeAway will give you a full refund within 24h.

Read very carefully the steps and try to understand them and after you do so, please give me a firm answer if you want to start the renting procedure or not. I inform you that I will have to pay taxes to HomeAway in order to start the procedure, so please be sure.

Yes, it's a scam.

Please do not tell scammers that they are listed here - it will take them seconds to change their fake details and their new details will not be listed for any future victims to find.

Thanks to your report , I reviewed it and I just surveyed a scam process.
I delivered in the few past days a message from Martine regarding a flat rental in Vienna, the details are almost as published in your report.
Thanks again
