Utilities include electricity, water and gas while appliances includes refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, garbage, dryer hookups etc. I really know that God has lead me to a wonderful person like you. You have said a lot that pleases us and we have also envisaged how wonderful you all can be when you move into our home. Our concerns have been solved by you and we believe that all you said should be done the right way in ensuring that we trust you on becoming our tenant for the period of time you want to rent. We also plan on making our tenant a family friend meaning my home is your home now. As you well know i and my family are currently not around if not we would have been pleased to show you my home with out you asking, but you can feel free to drive by my home to view the exterior of my home and its surroundings. If you love it get back to me and if all arrangements go well, we will have the entrance keys and other relevant documents in a hard copy paper shipped to your present home address for you to move in ASAP. Our home is beautiful and needs no amendments. At this point I want you to request for a rental application form via my email, as soon as its done I'll be emailing one to you.
