All utilities are included in rent.The rent is $570 and Security Deposit is $570 and it will be refunded back to you at the end of your stay in the apartment.I am presently living in Dallas,TX on a medical issue and exhibition.I will like you to tell me more about yourself and experience with renting.

The home is currently vacant and it is available for move in. The rent includes all utilities like washer, dryer, gas, electricity,Dishwasher, water, Electric Stove, Fridge are included in the rental fee.I would be staying here in Dallas, TX for a long time and this is why i am actually renting my Home. I am not after the money for the rent but looking for a trustworthy/responsible person to occupy my home.
The keys/documents are right here with me but feel free to go view the exterior and once accepted as my new tenant the keys would be mail to you via FedEx courier service. If you interested in moving in immediately, kindly the application below.Total moving cost is $1140 for the First month rent and Security deposit.
