It`s a 2 bedrooms, 80 m2, washer/dryer in unit, air conditioner, dishwasher, balcony, parking--1 garage included in the rent, also WiFi internet, safe neighborhood, nice neighbors, very quiet, no noise, close to transportation and everything else. It's fully furnished, but i can rent it unfurnished too, same price if unfurnished, i am going to use a moving company if you want it unfurnished. As i said pets are allowed. The length of the lease is flexible: long/short term.
The monthly rent for the entire apartment is €700 with all utilities included (heat, electricity, water, WiFi).

OK, let me tell you a little about myself. My name is Gerlem Dominique and I`m 50years old living in Rome-Italy.

Last time when I wanted to rent no one showed up, so I lost time and money. So, I decided to make the transaction through AIRBNB (www.airbnb.com). We will use their system so you can inspect the apartment. You can rent the apartment as long as you need, even for 4-5 years. You will rent the ENTIRE apartment.
The first deposit I require is for the 1st month rent + 2 month security deposit = €2,100 (the sec. deposit is refundable when you check out).
