Hope this email finds you healthy and happy. Yes that's the right address. I'm super interested in a short term sublease as I'm juggling in between Jersey City and Atlanta for the next few months. Unit is available to move in by March 15, however I'll need you to sign a sublease agreement to make reservation of the unit before March 1st.
Sublease is available for 1 - 12 month or so. A month to month terms can also be arranged with the possibility to extend. Total move in deposit is $2,300 (First month rent of $1,150/month and refundable security deposit of $1,150). All utilities are included in the month rent and also one free covered parking space is assigned to the unit. W/D and AC is in the unit.
If we were to move forward with the sublease/rental process I would have to mail the keys to you once you've signed the lease agreement, paid the total move in cost and then you can move in.
Due to innumerable scam on Craigslist, I understand if you are leery of renting sight unseen, but for the safety of both sides attached is a copy of my ID and I can also email you my Master lease as an applicable validation just so you know this is legit.
