I am a Sgt, the owner of this home, former US Marine Sgt. serving in the 3rd Battalion, 25th Marine Regiment that Patrols the Anbar province, Iraq. Later we decided to have the house rent out, we would have give the same agent this job also but the truth of the matter is that the agent would want to handle it professionally and the occupant may not be able to reason along with him later. If you notice, you will discover that the price we are offering is far below standard price, this is enough for you to know that we are not after the rental fee but the absolute care for the property.We will be serving for a long term and now our home is locked up now and presently we have found a new home here which we will be staying for a very long which might last 5 years in (Nigeria)
More so, now that we on Retreat program over here. Please i want you to note that all we will want is a very honest and neat person,so i will solicit for your absolute understanding and maintenance of this home and want you to treat it as your own,i am with the keys and documents here with me which will be sent to any responsible and interested tenant through FedEx further more you have to undergo some processes before i could be willing and convince to let my home to any tenant. The money is not the main problem but i want you to keep it tidy always. I also want you to let me have trust in you as i have always stand on my word.

I received the same email from a man named Allen Robinson after inquiring about an add I found on Craigslist Charlotte, NC Mine was for 4345 Fescue Pl. After talking with the gentleman on the phone yes he actually called once I emailed that I wanted to speak with them. I drove over the home after my husband and I got a funny feeling after talking with him. Was able to speak with a neighbor who informed me that the owner of this particular home is a gentleman named Chris and that no one had lived in the home for a few months. The "scammer" called back today and I informed him I wanted verification of ownership and a rental agreement to read over as well as a picture of he and his family this is what I was sent. Along with a photo of his family which I KNOW is not him, and a rental agreement that was VERY sketchy and looked very copy/pasted!!

i do understand how you feel concerning this transaction, i feel the same thing as you felt okay,according to the Bible:Jesus said unto them; thou shalt love the lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, this is the first and greatest commandment, and the second is, thy shall love thy neighbour as thy self ( The Bible St Matthew 22:27-39 ), so we love you with all my heart and i can't do anything to hurt you ok....i feel the same way you feel and to Obedience is better than sacrifice ( the Bible 1 Samuel 15:22 ), that is the reason why we need to Obey them,i don't want any problem to come between both families.....What can't be cured, Must with Patience be endured, patience and perseverance overcome the greatest difficulties, we shall overcome this,i want you to Trust me the same way i Trust in you and i assure you that everything will surely go out fine okay. i understand better that The lord watch between me and you, when we are absent one from another,( the Bible Genesis 31:49 ), and i have promise my God that i will make sure everything goes out fine so i want you to go ahead and make the payment and get back with good development, i promise that i will be there for you and at the end of this transaction you are going to smile. I have attached a copy of my family picture and a rental lease agreement form which i want you to revise and sign so we can proceed ASAP.
