An open house had been scheduled where other interested applicants were able to see it at the time. The situation at the moment is that we’re having someone in the space currently until January 25 and somehow an agreement was reached with him because of the pandemic to avoid any inconvenience throughout his stay due to his stories of insecurity in other places he’s stayed in the past and also cited the nature of his job which will not make him open the space for anyone, so it’s not likely we show the interior but you can make a time to see the area, exterior and neighborhood and get back to me for details if you want to proceed in securing the space ahead of the date.

Attached is the paperwork, both the rental application form/agreement form for you to go through it and fill it out then send it back to me so we can proceed with the quotation and the initial deposit to the private owner of the property for the booking and reservation of the apartment, because I have quite a number of interested clients who are asking of the unit, but I'm leasing out the unit to the most serious and first to deposit to secure the unit. Apart from the monthly rent of $1,150 you are also to make a deposit of the security fee of $1,050 which is refundable on your departure day and also a cleaning fee of $150 making a total of $2,350 you are to deposit. Once your payment is confirmed, your rental receipt will be issued and sent to you confirming your reservation.
NOTE:
Each occupant and each pet are subjected to acceptance and approval by the assigned Leasing Agent/Landlord.
Application/Agreement must be completed in full.
The filled Application/Agreement will be reviewed by the Leasing Agent. if there is any change of interest regarding the apartment, the Deposit will be refunded immediately
Only those listed in Application are to live in the premises.
If the apartment is not being occupied before or after the applicant(s) choose dates, the owner can accept arrival or departure times outside this period.
Applicant(s) has no leasehold interest until a lease is signed and Required payment is confirmed.
All deposits made will be refunded back to you on the spot if you change your mind after a tour of the place.
