The monthly rent is 7150 SEK and only applies to long-term rentals, including all bills.
The apartment is in good condition, fully furnished, clean and ready to use. The kitchen is fully equipped.
In the house there is a refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, dryer, iron, oven, toaster, coffee maker, internet connection and WiFi access.
We have had the house since January 2016 and we have been there until February, when my employment contract expired and we returned to London, UK.
The house has public transport nearby and not far from a shopping center, sports club and other amenities. Pets are allowed, but keep everything clean.
The house has a parking space. I have invested a significant amount in this house and would be very grateful if you treat it as your own property. I am interested in a long-term tenant who takes care of the property so as not to make money on rental income.
Due to my unexpected return to the UK, it was only a short time to find a reliable tenant. I have the keys. As soon as I find a reputable tenant, I will return to Sweden to show it and sign the lease.
