According to our Company Policy the Guest is required to send the Invoice Total price to our company bank account within 72 hours after this notification message has been issued. Payment is sent by Bank Wire Transfer to our company bank account (Company agent/cashier bank account) in association with All transactions are fully insured by Sending the payment by any other payment method(s) will automatically cancel the transaction and void your right for refund.

Payment confirmation:

To sucessfully confirm the sending of the transaction amount to our company employee bank account the Renter must reply to this notification email with the scanned or digital copy of the bank transfer receipt that certifies that the payment has been sent according our instructions.

Important information:
A damage deposit of € 1,000 is required. You should be reimbursed on check-out date. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.

This Scammer will arrange to send you an Invoice or notification -- Make no mistake, the document will be fake !
