The apartment is still available for a long-term rent and exactly as you can see it in the pictures, Due to the situation with the coronavirus, I notice that some people are struggling with work and money and I have decided to rent out my property below the market price , including everything: utilities (electricity, water, gas, condominium, internet , 1 parking space, etc.).
As I mentioned in my first email, Liverpool, England is my current place of residence. I am ready to travel as soon as possible back to the Italia to sort out the lease. I came back once already for a supposed tenant that realized he didn't have enough funds so I need to be sure before I come and understand my proposal. That is the way I entrusted Booking.com which offers a simple control process for owners and new tenants. They will check me as the owner of the apartment and you as a potential tenant.
Here is a brief description of the process:
- As owner I need to submit to Booking.com information about rental agreement ,copies of some documents;
- After Booking.com accepts the transaction and complete the verification of the documents has to contact you as potential tenant and check if you have enough money to rent the apartment;
- After I receive the confirmation I get back to Italia to show and sign the lease contract;
If you agree with the process, please provide the following information:
- Complete name of the future tenant;
- Current address ( street , city , country, zip code );
- Telephone number;
- I also need a copy of your ID or passport to complete the lease agreement
The price you shall pay for 1 month of rent will be 600,00 € and I want also kaution 1200,00 € ( the kaution 1200,00 € you will receive back when you leave the apartment ), with no extra taxes to pay. The rent , I want to receive it monthly to my bank account, so I hope it will be no problem for you to wire the money .
When I have the details Booking.com will contact you but you need to be sure before my coming from UK so it has to be fully interest from your side .

This is how the process is working. I am telling you from the start, so we will not have discussions.
I will contact Booking, and i will pay 79 euro, to use this service.
I will give Booking all my document and Documents regarding the apartment.
Booking will check to see if everything is in order. If all the bills are paid, and all that stuff.
After that, Booking will contact you, with all the instructions on how this is working and how you need to do the security deposit.
You do not pay in advance.
You make the deposit in Booking, and Booking will keep your money there, until we meet and we make the renting contract.
You will have a PIN.
When we meet, you check the apartment, if it is ok for you, you just confirm to Booking with your PIN, that you rented, and in that moment, Booking will wire the money to me. If you do not want it, you just cancel everything with your PIN, and Booking will wire the money back to your account.

I don't want to use this, but, I was once in Italy to meet with a potential tenant and he did not have enough money to rent it .
