If at that point you are not happy with the property, no contract will be signed and you will be fully refunded the very same day.
All other details about you are welcome. I would like to rent the house for someone who takes care of it.

To start the transaction I need your full name, phone number and a copy of your driving license or passport.
After receiving your details, I will contact Airbnb and ask them to start the booking process. An e-mail with the link of the house will be sent to you so you can book it.
A rent for the first 2 months is required plus the guarantee fee GBP1300 (100% refundable when you leave). After the first two months you can choose if you want to have a contract directly with me, therefore paying into my bank account on a monthly basis, or you can continue through airbnb, it is entirely your choice.
The total bill is thus GBP2419
After Airbnb has received the proof of payment, the designated agent will arrange the visit.
If you decide to rent the house you will have to sign the lease for the period of your choice and they will give you the keys and the documents.
If you refuse the house, you will be fully refunded the same day. I have a contract with Airbnb and they offer the best available security methods.
You have to do everything on their website. You must specify the date on which you would like to move. From this point on, the entire reservation will be received and automatically canceled by the system.
That's easy and free for you (I've already paid for their services and fees).
