Hallo

My name is Gesine, I wish to rent out a room in my well furnished
two-bedroom apartment.The apartment is situated on the second floor of
the building,it has two bedrooms attached with separate bathroom and
toilet and a modern spacious kitchen (fit-in appliances) such as
central heating, gas, double glazing, dish washer, washing
machine e.t.c. The apartment is located at ( Schwindstraße 16 60325
Frankfurt,Germany ) a room cost 300 euro per month and a caution fee
of 600 euro,the caution fee is refundable when you are moving out of
the apartment. All charges are included in the monthly rent already so
there is no extra cost.

Unfortunately viewing the flat will not be possible now because am not
in the country at the moment, due to my new job. I just relocated here
in Italy, I left urgently with the hope of coming back soon but
right now the work has taken me to stay long term. I signed five-years
job contract with my new Company, Smart Environmental Ltd , that's why
I have made up my mind to put up my apartment for rent since I will
not be
around for the next five-years. I have the flat keys here with me.


A room cost 300 euro per month and a caution fee of 600 euro, while
the entire flat cost 600 euro per month and a caution fee of 1200
euro,the caution fee is refundable when you are moving out of the
apartment.. for now i can only send you the flat pictures to see so
that you can have an idea of the flat. if this suite your need please

The apartment has a total of two bedrooms , One shared living room
with a guest bed for Visitor, One shared kitchen. You can rent the
room for long term or short term .. my stay here is long term i will
not be moving back any time soon that is the reason why i am renting
out the apartment. Registration at the address is possible

These are my flat pictures, take a look and get back to me as soon as possible,

You can rent a room in the apartment I really want both flatmate
to get along very well, so i intend to rent both rooms to one person
or one room to one person .. when he or she move in . He/She will look
for a tenant of his or her choice, but i can also look for the other
tenant my self if you want.

If you like the apartment and you are interested, I'll only need your
details to prepare a lease tenancy contract agreement which will be
send to your mail.. The lease tenancy contract agreement will be sent
already signed by me .. so that the stress will not be much for You ..
You will print, sign and scan it back to me, then you will make the
payment of the caution fee plus the first month rent to my bank
details, after you make the payment . You will come back to me with
the scan copy of the receipt of the payment which stand as a prove of
the payment, and the flat keys will be posted to you immediately
through DHLcourier which you will receive within 48hrs. after i post
