STEPS TO BE VERIFIED AS A POTENTIAL TENANT
1. The prospective renter will pay 1 month rent + 1 month deposit to Airbnb via electronic bank to bank transfer. The deposit remains with Airbnb until the prospective renter meets the landlord, reviews the apartment, and makes a decision. The deposit remains blocked on Airbnb and only the potential renter - Hassan Abdou Mohamed Elseoudy - can release the funds.
2. After we have received and secured the deposit from the prospective tenant, Airbnb will guarantee the tenant -Hassan Abdou Mohamed Elseoudy- to any landlord or property manager listed on Airbnb. The landlord involved in this agreement -Matthes Reyk- will become a Received a letter of guarantee from Airbnb stating that Airbnb received a deposit (1 month's rent + 1 month's deposit) corresponding to the rent he/she set for the property at: Krossenerstr. 17,10245, Berlin, Germany . The landlord will be informed to take all measures for the conclusion of the rental agreement.
3. The potential tenant will meet the landlord and inspect the property personally.
After the potential tenant has inspected the property, he must decide on the implementation of the lease. The potential tenant has two options:
He signs the rental agreement and Airbnb will transfer the deposit to the host's bank account immediately.
He does not sign the rental agreement and Airbnb will immediately refund the deposit (the full amount of €1,300.00 without withholding any fees) to the prospective renter's bank account immediately (return transfer will take no longer than 24 hours after receipt of renter's refund request) .
ATTENTION: In both cases Airbnb will neither release nor defer the deposit without the exact instructions of the renter. Only the potential tenant -Hassan Abdou Mohamed Elseoudy- can access the funds.
After receiving the deposit, it will be verified and secured in an interest-free account.
The deposit verification process usually takes less than 24 hours.
How is the verification deposit carried out?
