Hello,
Thank you for your email and your interest in our apartment. I'm not good at English but perfect in German. The entire apartment has recently been renovated. It is a 3 bedroom apartment with a large, super bright living and dining room. The kitchen has been newly renovated and fitted out so we have both a dishwasher and washing machine! It is a relatively large kitchen that is comfortable to sit in.
I live in the apartment with my aunt. She asked me to rent the space because she recently moved abroad to work as a specialist in chronic pain and sports injuries. I am looking for a responsible person who lives in the rooms and who can look after them very well.
The rooms are vacant for two years, with the hope of a contract extension. So it depends on how long you want to stay in the room, either short or long term. (Anmeldung) Registration is also possible in the apartment.
Room 1: - This is 17 square meters with a large bathroom, a toilet. The room is also in very good condition. The bathroom is small but nice with a window and bathtub. The total rent including ancillary costs is €442
Room 2: - The room is perfect for couples, The room is 22 square meters, bathroom, a toilet, wardrobe, a small dining table and two spacious foyers, where there is still space for storage / closet etc. .. The total rent including utilities is €506
UTILITIES: - telephone / internet / cable / dishwasher / electricity / microwave / central air conditioning / laundry / hydro / garbage disposal / dry cleaning / refrigerator / heating / flat rate, WiFi faster than 50 Mbit / s] and others.
Deposit of €800 each, which will be refunded on departure from the room.
The address of the apartment is:
Karlstraße 29a, 76133 Karlsruhe, Germany
Location:_
The location of the shared apartment could hardly be better. It is very centrally located in the inner city west, just a few minutes from the Europaplatz stop and the pedestrian zone. Rewe, Aldi, Lidl, Alnatura and also a DM can be reached on foot in about 5 minutes. It is about 5 minutes on foot to the FH and PH, about 10 minutes by bike to the KIT campus and 8 minutes by train to the DHBW. There are also plenty of restaurants, bars, clubs and many other options for going out in the immediate vicinity. The castle park can also be reached quickly in just a few minutes.
You share the apartment with me, Josephine , I'm 26 years old. I work in IT and I'm doing my master’s degree, so I study late into the night.
I am a person with a very curious heart and mind, with a lot of travel experience and quite skilled at manual work. In my free time I do anything, reading, playing tennis or just any kind of fitness training. I enjoy hanging out with friends, but I also enjoy alone time. I probably shop too much, but I love it! I love to party every now and then, but I can also be massively lazy and just watch Netflix all day long☺️ I'm not that good a cook but I always do my best and I intend to cook more in the future. I am a very clean person, and keeping an apartment clean and tidy is important so that we can both feel at home and at ease.
I hope you will promise to take very good care of the house. Please let me know which room you prefer and how you could take care of the room or what experiences you may have had with the rental. I would also like to know where you are from and when you will move into the apartment? I confidently assure you that you will be more than satisfied when you move into the apartment. Below you can see the attached pictures of me and the apartment.
Let me hear from you as soon as possible if you are really interested in renting the room.
Greeting,
Josephine
