Rental scammer : [email protected]

Here's another scammer trying to get a <fake> payment over to hold the place. Have never spoken to this person, has never seen pictures of the place and never met face-to-face.

Thanks for getting back to me and am sorry for getting back to
you late ,about myself. my name is Julie Brand .,I am 24 yrs old,I
am fun-loving, personal, friendly, clean, caring, and respectful of
others. a non-smoker, don't do drugs, not a drinker, and drama free.
I myself like to be home and on occasions sign up for classes.I've
been searching and searching for two weeks for a place and been having
no luck,Males/females doesn't matter as well as homes with a lot of
roommates. I graduated last year , I am single and have no children.
However, I dont have dogs.i will be arriving on Oct 22th

Am coming to United State for my masters degree in plant Science. I
was born in Toronto .my dad is from there too but my mum is from USA
.Am on research work at Supai,Arizona. am almost done with that bcos
its part of my prerequisite for my masters in plant Science. I would
have loved to call you but I cant get thru this is a remote place so
calling is kinda hard to go through from here .Am really interested in
renting from you and will really want to know everything about the
place .I do really love pets but i don't have any at the moment. I
would have loved to see it but am very far,but with pictures,I am
glad.

I will also like you to tell me more about you and if you have
garage or parking space,pls let me know the total payment of the place
but nevertheless, I will like you to send me an email with your full
Name and the mailing address, your phone number as well, so my Dad
will issue out the payment for the place as soon as possible, with
that you can hold on the place for me till my arrival down there ... I
will be looking forward to your email soonest.

Just received an email reply from this email [email protected] addressed from someone named David. They responded to a craigslist ad I had posted about looking for work and/or providing household services for compensation. Basically-I have time and can do x y and z if anyone needs that work done.

This email address is still trying to scam people. I received the following email:

be renting the room for a year for my masters degree and if it's not
up to 1yrs am okay as well.

I’m currently in Alaska in a village “Nunivak Island” . My dad will be
paying for the room with a Cashier's check before my arrival. I am
single, fun, loving, clean, loyal and respectful of others, don't have
any pet. My father is from States and my mother is from China. I'm
24yrs old. I graduated last year at Hangzhou university and have been
to MA just for 6month after i loose my sister i back to Alaska and i
will be arriving on March 30th or you can get back to me with the
available date to move in..

Here is a remote area which calls are very hard to go through. I won’t
be able to come over and check on the room before renting. Please tell
me little about yourself… Let me know the total amount for the first

They sent exact the same email to me by using different email address. They respond to my Craigslist ad...

Yeah...here she is again.

Her inquiry to my Room-mate ad.

'Hi , I am trying to find a peaceful Clean and neat place for myself to move in asap my name is Wan limeng (Female)..Kindly email me back at ([email protected]) with total amount to move in.'

Total amount move in was listed in the ad. Not sure what to think of these people who ask dumb questions.
