On getting here, I discovered that my missionary work will last for 5 years so I decided to look for a responsible and caring person to maintain and take proper care of my House as I do.we search for a God fearing and reputable agent who can take good care of the house, but we couldn't get anyone then. We left with the key, codes and papers. I'm willing to rent out the house to a tenant who is able to come up with 1 months rent and security deposit rent as a deposit and I will like him/her to assure me that the house will be properly managed. or as the tenant pleases. I'm giving out the property with such a reasonable amount of 2,000 Rand and security deposity 1500 Rand utilities included,, the security is refundable after one month you move in because I am only paying God back for his kindness and mercy over me and my family with what I have, that`s why I asked for such a reasonable amount. It`s also a pride for me to work for him on a missionary work. Also I need someone/a family that will take good care of the house as their own property. Firstly, you can go take a look at the Neighborhood and exterior part of the house because you will not be able to go inside to see the interior hence I have all the keys and security code here with me.
Let me also tell you a little about my self,I own a three restaurant in ARIZONA I have so many cars I leave fine in my whole life. I don't really believe in God I smoke and I Drunk in my entire life,suddenly I got married to my Wife we married for 4years without Children we are hoping that one day we are going to have a children after 5years we moved closer to God and I started praying after 6month God said yes to our prayer,we had a baby boy after 1year I discovered that the boy can't work nor stand by himself we spent so many money we do everything but nothing as been done.
when the boy clock 5plus,I was advised by my pastor that I should fast for 3days and God is going to say yes to our prayer and I do as he said and after seven days of the fasting the boy was illed.Since then I decided to move closer to him I own three house in the State.And I want you to believe in him I want to tell you that he is existing

Regarding the viewing of the house.You can't view the inside as i told you earlier because the keys and documnets are here with us.You can view the building and the location.So if you are comfortable with that, you can get back to me.I know how you feel, at this point in time. As it wasn't my fault, as i was suposse to lock up the apartment at the very time i was leaving for my missionary trip down here, and i never had an intension of renting it out. It was just my wife who said it will be wise to lease the apartment, since i am always worried about the maintenance of the inside. So the tenant can always keep it clean and send me update pics. Then as soon as the keys get to you, i will give you some time to settled down, so you can send the next month payment. And please let me know what you feel as soon as possible, so i wouldn't disappoint you, as there are also responses coming in regarding the apartment. And please note that is not all about sending the rent deposit or monthly rent that matters in this realtionship and agreement, but your absolute maintenace and promise to keep my apartement save and clean. And also i will need you to often send me some update pics of the apartment from time to time at your own convenient time. As i am counting on you. Let me know how soon you want this done, is so important as i told you earlier.

The thief will tell you that you can rent his accommodation only if you can prove that you have genuine interest. He will ask you send money by wire transfer (normally Western Union) to yourself or a member of the family to show that you have sufficient finances and that you are not a "time waster".
Another variation of this scam is that you need to send (by Western Union) money in order that the keys and other documents can be couriered to you
He will ask you to send him the transfer details.
Make no mistake ! Western Union Transfers can be picked up virtually anywhere in the world and with the minimum of identification. They are almost impossible to trace once the money has been collected. You will never get to see the accommodation or your money again.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment by Western Union before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
