Room for Rent and other rental scams

For those looking for an apartment in Stockholm.
This guy is clearly a scammer (he usually posts on a Facebook group called THS Housing Market with the name Crak J Crak, then asks you to write him in private)

rent for 1 room (18sqm) is 2400 with deposit of 4500
The 2nd room is (20sqm) is 2600 with deposit of 4500
All bills are included in the rent

I want you to note that I am a very busy man.I take my job seriously
so i dont have the luxury of traveling around.The keys I have here with
me.I hate leaving my keys.So i have attached enough pictures with
this email so it should be enough for you to make up your decision if you
would be taking it or not.

I have I spent a lot on my property so I will want the tenant to take
absolute maintenance of my property.I also want you to use it like
your own, money is not the most important thing but i want it to be
kept tidy all the time so that I will be glad to see it neat whenever
I come for a check up.

I have received the same e-mail, this time for Aalborg, Denmark. The person who posted is named Meli Cak, on Aalborg Marked and she redirected me to write him privately. The pictures he sent me were from a gorgeous apartment, but he would not give me the exact address and he is of course in UK. She told me she used to live there, but not anymore :-)

I got the almost exact same email for GENEVA,
from Zahn Mike <[email protected]>.
I found the announcement on a fb group, Housing for International Programmes at the Graduate Institutes, posted by a false profile at the name of LIU YANG.

Here are the emails that I got:

So to get the place reserved,we both will have to sign a contract
which I will send to you by email,then you can print it out,sign it
and scan back to me.So I will also sign it back then after this i will
go and post the keys to your address and i will send to you a copy of
the scanned receipt.But i will tell the post office to hold on to the
keys until i have confirmed the payment and signed contract from
you.Okay?Then i can can call DHL to deliver the keys to your personal
address.
