I almost fell for this today! I contacted an ad from kijiji in London ontario for a rental place. I got the exact email. Word for word. It gave me shivers when I found this post. The whole thing seemed suspicious so I image searched all the pictures as well as the personal pictures of him and his wife. I also tried to track the ip address of the email that was sent but google blocks it if it's a gmail. I then searched up a small paragraph of the email and it directed me right to here. And that's when I knew... 
The email was different this time and he went by DAVE CULBERT < [email protected] >
